NIGERIA GENOCIDE, WAR CRIME AND CRIME AGAINST BIAFRA OR HUMANITY 1967 - 1970 INTERNALLY RECOGNIZED AND APPROVED
Intended President of Nigeria 2015 Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume offer Apology; accepts that Genocide and ethnic cleansing occurred between 1967 and 1970 in the Eastern Region of Nigeria; offer Reparation, Rehabilitation and Genuine Pardon on behalf Nigeria and People of Nigeria immediately after April 2015 to the entire Eastern Region of Nigeria and absorbed the cruelty of the Government of Nigeria 1967 through 1970 during what maybe classified and affirmed as the most bloody and stemmed heartless and barbaric casualties engaged by Nigeria and her foreign allies under imposed blockade and starvation to prevent movement of food and other humanitarians supplies to the Biafrans thereby causing starvation and mass murder for over three (3) years which killed over 1million Biafrans and we the declarants today found from all indication to be one of the worst genocide or holocaust in the world directed against innocent and armless children, men and women of the Republic of Biafra which sought constitutionally and democratically self-determination, autonomy, and self-rule under emerging sovereign nation then called Biafra without unleashing any iota of violence against the nation of Nigeria, thus believing under its former nation called Nigeria that both nations were not constitutionally glued together forever and that the nation of Biafra has the fundamental right to secede peacefully-at-will and that such effort must be ALLOWED.
RELIANT on the foregoing, on behalf and with the approval of Dr. Phillip C. Ofume & Associates and International Endowment for Democracy & Transparency (TEID) in collaboration with APC ORGANIZING FOR NEW FEDERAL UNION OF NIGERIA declared for the sake of peace and stability of Nigeria that a new union called ONE NIGERIA will emerge after April 2015 where this Declaration will be implemented and celebrated and declared national public holiday because the loss of the lives of over 1million Biafrans must lower the Flag of the intended ONE NIGERIA ONCE EVERY YEAR.
We declare and affirm that action of all the leaders of Nigeria and their foreign allies and cohorts who were involved in this heinous masss massacre of the children, men and women of Biafra is punishable under national and international war crime and crime against humanity that for the sake of ensuring the peace and stability of Nigeria mostly to remove the pending and endless anger in the minds of Biafrans who were forced to accept the nation of Nigeria because of the over three (3) years of pains and suffering which they have sustained and endured, this declaration is inevitable and comes with pardon to these leaders of Nigeria and must be supported by anyone that support human rights, social justice, economic justice, ethnic justice and political justice in both ancient and modern times.
We declare and affirm that the cruel action of the leaders of Nigeria continued after the declaration in Aburi, Ghana to the harsh extent that Biafran armed forces were not inspected, recalled and re-drafted into Nigerian armed forces and civilian and families that lost their lives and businesses were not rehabilitated and provided fund to start business and children were not paid any benefits and families were not restituted.
We declare, question and affirm whether there was any war and conflict on earth which ended without rehabilitation of civilians and soldiers or fighters and we jointly agreed that we have not seen one and it is most satanic conduct we have observed.
We declare and affirm that to enable Biafrans and Nigerians forget the pains of the past, there must be just, fair and sincere confession, pardon, reconciliation, restitution, etc and Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume President 2015 will extend related goodwill to other victims in the north, west, middle belt, south/south, etc who suffered loss in life and property and pains as result of religion and ethnic riots and related conflict in Nigeria.
We declare, define and affirm Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing as multiple acts organized without mercy, implemented, achieved and directed to killing, starving, sanctioning, and embargoing of people who belong to profiled racial, ethnic, political, religion, and cultural group to terminate or cleanse them. During this war Dr. Ofume was young and uncommissioned volunteer fighting in Biafra and they are called MA (Midwest Army) and they were three friends from Boji-Boji Owa of Midwest now Delta State that were recruited in Igweben of Midwest now Edo State and on the first movement to the frontline (Asaba/Onitsha) there were separated and Dr. Ofume was placed to serve officers and he was separated from his friends and few weeks later Dr. Ofume was told that his two friends were killed. In few months, after serving in Ihiala and others places in the eastern region and observed a risky backward retreat and burying dead soldiers and civilians he joined the most risky part of the war which was helping traders to transport food , salt and other product from Midwest to eastern region. Nigerian soldiers were shooting any trader found transporting food and other relief materials to Biafra. Food, Salt and acid were most criminalized products that soon as the victims were caught, without question and explanation they will shoot and kill them. This type of aggression created mass genocide and people started eating dead bodies of fellow Biafrans.
We declare and affirm that President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP have started the same action that led to Biafra Genocide almost same vein as 1960s when they (President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP) now when they are showing open hate against the Muslims, North and Islam by refusing to make peace and heeding the advice of their foreign collaborators and the murder of the Muslims, and Northerners under the cover of which western world uses as ideological tool to brand freedom figheters like MEND, NDLIF, "Boko Haram" etc terrorists and as such killing the Northerners and Muslims and claim that they are terrorists without doubt have started another forms of genocide in Nigeria.
Practically, we declare and affirm that Nigerian/Biafran unconventional and barbaric Civil War, caused by ethnic and political hate and fought by blockade and starvation to kill which is different from act of seeking ONE NIGERIA and Nigerian leaders and their solders must now under this soft declaration immediately subscribe to end the new and old anger in Nigeria and with the exhibits posted below they are laible to go to war crime and crime against humanity tribunal under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Rome Convention July 28, 1998.
We declare and affirm that the declaration of the Republic of Biafra is just and constitutional under Nigeria and United Nations International Laws because the emergence of Biafra was as result of serious tensions in nature of unmediated and unresolved ethnic, political and religious conflicts between Biafra and Nigeria.

We declare and affirm that to enable Biafrans and Nigerians forget the pains of the past, there must be just, fair and sincere confession, pardon, reconciliation, restitution, etc and Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume President 2015 will extend related goodwill to other victims in the north, west, middle belt, south/south, etc who suffered loss in life and property and pains as result of religion and ethnic riots and related conflict in Nigeria.
We declare, define and affirm Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing as multiple acts organized without mercy, implemented, achieved and directed to killing, starving, sanctioning, and embargoing of people who belong to profiled racial, ethnic, political, religion, and cultural group to terminate or cleanse them. During this war Dr. Ofume was young and uncommissioned volunteer fighting in Biafra and they are called MA (Midwest Army) and they were three friends from Boji-Boji Owa of Midwest now Delta State that were recruited in Igweben of Midwest now Edo State and on the first movement to the frontline (Asaba/Onitsha) there were separated and Dr. Ofume was placed to serve officers and he was separated from his friends and few weeks later Dr. Ofume was told that his two friends were killed. In few months, after serving in Ihiala and others places in the eastern region and observed a risky backward retreat and burying dead soldiers and civilians he joined the most risky part of the war which was helping traders to transport food , salt and other product from Midwest to eastern region. Nigerian soldiers were shooting any trader found transporting food and other relief materials to Biafra. Food, Salt and acid were most criminalized products that soon as the victims were caught, without question and explanation they will shoot and kill them. This type of aggression created mass genocide and people started eating dead bodies of fellow Biafrans.
We declare and affirm that President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP have started the same action that led to Biafra Genocide almost same vein as 1960s when they (President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP) now when they are showing open hate against the Muslims, North and Islam by refusing to make peace and heeding the advice of their foreign collaborators and the murder of the Muslims, and Northerners under the cover of which western world uses as ideological tool to brand freedom figheters like MEND, NDLIF, "Boko Haram" etc terrorists and as such killing the Northerners and Muslims and claim that they are terrorists without doubt have started another forms of genocide in Nigeria.
Practically, we declare and affirm that Nigerian/Biafran unconventional and barbaric Civil War, caused by ethnic and political hate and fought by blockade and starvation to kill which is different from act of seeking ONE NIGERIA and Nigerian leaders and their solders must now under this soft declaration immediately subscribe to end the new and old anger in Nigeria and with the exhibits posted below they are laible to go to war crime and crime against humanity tribunal under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Rome Convention July 28, 1998.
We declare and affirm that the declaration of the Republic of Biafra is just and constitutional under Nigeria and United Nations International Laws because the emergence of Biafra was as result of serious tensions in nature of unmediated and unresolved ethnic, political and religious conflicts between Biafra and Nigeria.
